FCE/Sincerity of Effort
Testing Services

Detecting sincerity of effort is occasionally a point of interest for insurance providers and some medical providers. Despite the perceived need for such determinations, and despite the claims of vendors of equipment and software that purportedly establishes the determination of effort, the literature does not support sincerity of effort testing.

Our FCE is the most valid on the market and uses XRTS products. For more info see here www.xrts.com.

Purpose of an FCE

The purpose of the X-RTS FCE is to discern sincerity of the claimant's effort. This is different from conventional FCE testing methods in that conventional methods fail to discern sincerity of effort, therefore resulting in legally indefensible test data. As a result, insincere claimants remain as undue beneficiaries in the worker's compensation system. Furthermore, sincere claimants may not receive the support of objective, valid data to support their claims.
